I've never seen anything at Ashley that cost $2000. An entire house could be furnished for $2000 at Ashley. Cheap crap, just a step above Ikea

Most of us are able to pay attention to more than one thing at a time. Besides the 50 articles a day I see on Epstein makes it pretty hard to forget about him

That's almost as smart as the family in Illinois that used the charcoal BBQ grill to heat their house and got them all sent to the hospital with CO2 poisoning

Is the size of the gun I trade in determine the kind of dog I get? If I trade in a Derringer do I get a wiener dog in return? If I give up my Python do I get a rottweiler?

Thank God the end is near. I just it was the end of both of them, but unfortunately we'll be stuck with one of them for 4 years. Can we just time warp forward to the next election?

It gets you ready for working on a team when you get a real job. Boss delegates everything to one person he trusts and then takes all the credit when it succeeds.

This is most likely a repeat DUI offender. He will not roll down his window so the cops can't smell the alcohol on his breath. I had a friend who was an alcoholic with 2 DUIs. His lawyer gave him a card to slip out a cracked window that said something similar. Thankfully my friend quit drinking before he hurt or killed someone. Hopefully this jackass does too

I wouldn't want my old woodshop teacher to have a gun either. He'd manage to chop off parts of 4 of his fingers so he's not who I'd want aiming at bad guy in a hallway full with students

I don't know what people are bitching about. Windows 10 has been great for me. New laptop runs it flawlessly. Upgraded 2 older PCs with no issues. Windows 7 was a solid, if dated OS. I'm so glad to be off Windows 8. That sucked monkey balls

When gas was $4 a gallon I heard it was Obamas fault. When it dropped under $2 a gallon the same people said he had nothing to do with the dropping prices. Some people just like to complain

Sorry, but it's a true story. Didn't happen exactly as this meme says, but close enough. A guy bought his girlfriends uncles car, it was registered in her name but he drove it most of the time. When they broke up he parked it in the parking lot in Ohare. It received 678 tickets. She settled for paying about $4500 since the car should have been towed after a month, but it wasn't. Google Jennifer Fitzgerald 678 Ohare parking tickets and you'll find dozens of articles from places like the Chicago Tribune.
The moral of the story is, always google and find out if something is true before you spout off that it can't be true

Actually true. He bought her uncles car, but registered it in her name. After they broke up he abandoned it in Ohare and it sat there for 2.5 years getting tickets. The city settled it for about $4500

It's the most commonly spoken language in Singapore. They also speak Mandarin, Chinese and Malay. I spent a few weeks there for work and had no problem communicating with anyone

They have to show probable cause to make him take a sobriety test. If they pulled him over for speeding they have no PC. If they pulled him over for swerving they do. The lawyers point was don't give the cops any additional ammo to get you in trouble. The less the interaction, the less you can do to get yourself in trouble

Managers actually hate hiring over qualified candidates. They know they'll leave as soon as they find a job in their preferred field. Someone without better prospects will stay because that better job isn't out there for them

I can't see anything that the biker did wrong. A car shouldn't ever cut off another car like that, so why did the driver think it was alright to cut off the bike? The biker is taking his life into his own hands yelling at the car, (you never know what the a-hole in the car will do) but the driver is completely in the wrong
